Refers to any individual or entity placing an order or engaging services through Book
Publisher, either directly or on behalf of another party.

Products and Services
Includes all publishing, writing, editing, formatting, marketing, and related services
provided in accordance with a confirmed order.
Order
Refers to a service request submitted via phone or email. Orders are considered confirmed
once a down payment has been received through approved payment methods including credit
card, bank transfer, check, Western Union, or PayPal.
OUR SERVICES
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review these Terms and Conditions along with the Refund Policy before placing an order or making a payment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to fully understand the scope of services, timelines, deliverables, and limitations before proceeding with any order.
REVISIONS
Each service package includes a specific revision policy as described in the selected package details.
Revision requests may be submitted within five (5) to ten (10) days after the order status is updated to “Waiting for Customer Approval” in our Order Management Platform. The applicable timeframe depends on the chosen package.
All revision requests must remain within the original project scope and be communicated directly to the assigned Project Manager.
Revisions that exceed the original requirements may be treated as a new order and may result in additional charges.
Upon completion, all content is delivered in editable Word format. Customers retain full rights to the delivered material and may make personal edits prior to publication.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are evaluated in accordance with the terms outlined below. Users who do not agree with this policy should discontinue use of the Website and services.
Refunds are not available for sample work, bulk orders, or completed services delivered according to the agreed scope.
Refunds will not be issued if a customer initiates or participates in defamatory or damaging statements against the Company, whether online or offline.
If a customer discontinues services within three (3) months from the payment date, a refund may be considered provided no discount was applied at the time of purchase.
In cases of change of mind for personal or financial reasons unrelated to the project scope, up to thirty percent (30%) of the total paid amount may be reimbursed.
All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Book Publisher.
Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the Company’s official refund email address. Requests submitted through other channels will not be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior verbal or written agreements.
